Established in 2019, the Sustainability Department is dedicated to leading the City’s efforts in climate action, community resilience, and enhancing the quality of life for all who live, work, and visit. We collaborate with all City departments to embed
sustainability into operations, programs, and decision-making, helping to build a more resilient and thriving community.
The City strives to provide diverse perspectives, resources, and opportunities to support residents and businesses interested in reducing their environmental footprint. Explore initiatives, stay informed, and get involved.
Purpose: To create a sustainable, healthy, equitable, and resilient community where all people and the natural environment thrive while adapting to a changing climate.
