Education Program - All Ages
For this bird outing, we will practice quieting our minds, an important practice as we encounter the stresses of daily life. Our focus is not to count all the bird species we observe, but rather to pay attention to our senses, watching and listening to birds around us. Research shows that mindful birding can reduce stress, improve our overall well-being and connect us with nature. Everyone is welcome, no experience required!
